A Celebration of Joe's Life

There will be a celebration of Joe's life on Saturday, September 19th, in Corvallis, Oregon.

The time and the place are still being arranged. They will be posted here as soon as they are settled, along with anything useful about parking and getting there.

If you would like to be told when the details are fixed, you can leave your email address. It will only be used for news about the memorial — a handful of messages, and nothing after that.

If you are coming from out of town

Corvallis is about an hour and a half south of Portland. Once the venue is confirmed we will put something here about where to stay and how to get around, so nobody has to work it out alone.

Photographs

If you have photographs of Joe, please start looking them out. Anything at all — the boat, the commune, a sauna he built, a kitchen he improved, a project he talked you into. Pictures sent in before the 19th can be part of the day itself.

There will be a way to send them here shortly. You are very welcome to bring prints with you as well.
