This is the dip I apparently took to Sandler's party some
years ago, and Jenny asked me this year if I were bringing
it because if I were she wouldn't make any but if I were not
she sure wanted to have some and she would make it herself.

I had totally forgotton it, and I couldn't come up with the
recipe when I got home after the party but Jenny still had
the original scrap of paper I had given her, and she gave
it back to me and I transcribe it here:

1/2 lb    Asiago cheese
1 - 1.5 C mayo
6         scallions
2         cloves garlic

Grate cheese
chop scallions fine
mince or press garlic
mix it all up

The aforementioned original scrap of paper I dropped into
the 'food' folder where it might turn up somewhere down
the road....
