Chocolate Cookies 'Neiman-Marcus'

Chocolate Cookies 'Neiman-Marcus'

2 C     flour                      Put oatmeal in blender and blend into
2 1/2 C oatmeal                    coarse powder.  Sift all these dry 
1/2 t   salt                       ingrediments together
1 t     baking powder
1 t     baking soda
4 T     cocoa powder

1 C     butter                     Cream butter, add sugar and brown
1 C     white sugar                sugar and cream till light & fluffy.
1 C     brown sugar                Add eggs and vanilla and mix.
2       eggs
1 t     vanilla

18 oz.  chocolate chips            Mix the dry ingredients into the butter
                                   and sugar and stuff.  Mix in the chocolate
                                   chips.

                                   Roll into balls.  Bake 10 min @ 375.
