CRAB CAKES

CRAB CAKES - recipe from ???

4 oz  sea scallops
2       eggs
3 T   cream
1 lb   crab meat
2 T   red pepper, diced
2 T   yellow pepper, diced
2 T   green hot sauce
1/4 t salt
1/4 t cayenne pepper

food processor, pulse scallops and egg, then add
cream & whirl till smooth.  Add rest of ingrediments,
make 6 cakes & fry in 2 T olive oil about 10 minutes

serve with 'Devil Sauce', 3/4 c mayo, 1/2 t coriander,
some Tobasco sauce
