Quick Ranch Dressing

1   clove
1/2 t salt
1/8 t pepper
1/3 c sour cream
1/4 c mayo
1 T lime juice
3/4 c buttermilk
1 T parsley

blend till smooth,
add 1 T chives

Lo-cal dressing

1/3 c dijon mustard
3/4 c water
2 T balsamic
2 T rice vinegar
2 T wooster sauce
2 T maple syrup

Regina's general purpose dressing

White Balsamic Vinegar  1 part
EVOO                    1 part
brown sugar            1/2 part
frozen orange juice    16 oz can
salt, pepper, dill, red pepper
