Quick Chicken with Broccoli

2 lb     broccoli
3 cup    cooked chicken, cut into cubes
2 can    campbells cream of broccoli soup
1 cup    milk
1 cup    shredded cheddar cheese
2 T      butter
1/4 cup  bread crumbs

cut up broccoli, put into 9 x 13 pan.
arange chicken on top.
mix soup and milk, pour over all.
add layer of cheese.
add layer of mixed bread crumbs &
      butter
bake 15 - 20 min at 450

Dutch Baby

3 large eggs
6 T flour
1 T granulated sugar
6 T milk
3 T butter

melt butter in 10-12 inch cast-iron frying
pan in oven at 425, just above the center.
Leave it in there 2-3 minutes so it gets
good and hot.

Blend the rest of the ingrediments till
smooth.  (blender).

Pour batter into hot frying pan and swirl
it around.  Put it back in the oven and 
bake about 15 minutes.

Serve with lemon and powdered sugar.

1/3 cup lemon juice
2 eggs, separated
1/2 cup sugar
1 t grated lemon rind
1 small can evaporated milk (5 1/3 oz)
1 crumb crust

mix yolks, sugar, juice, rind

whip whites till SBND

fold into yolk mixture

whip partly frozen evap. milk till fluffy, 
     kind of like whipped cream

fold into lemon mixture.

put into crumb crust and freeze before 
     serving
